Terms Of Service
I - General rules
— By commissioning me, you agree to have read & agreed with the TOS.
— I can decline a commission for any motivation.
— You must be of the age required to conclude a commercial contract in your country of residence.
— I may not start the commission until I have received full payment.
— You must be civil & respectful when contacting me.
— I will work on commissions only during working days.
— I will inform you if there is any kind of delay.
— The price of SFW commissions will cost -20€.
— Additional characters will cost extra & the price of scenes with detailed background will depend on the complexity.
— I will give you updates everytime I finish a step to know if I missed a detail.
— I can only do 2 revisions when doing the sketch, more revisions will cost an extra fee. I will not accept revisions after starting the base colours.
— I will most likely post the finished piece on my socials, but you can request to be anonymous before paying.
II - Payment method
— All of my prices are in Euro ( 1 Euro = 1.09 USD ).
— I currently only accept Paypal via in voice & Ko-Fi through tips or commissions.
— Do not include an address in the payment. This is a digital service, so no physical item will be delivered.
— My prices may increase over time.
III - Refund policy
— A commission can take from two weeks to two months to be completed depending on my schedule. If a commission isn't completed two month after I announced that I started the sketch, you can ask for a refund, but you will have to pay for the steps that I already completed.
— If you wish to cancel a commission, you will have to pay for the steps that I already completed ( line art, flat colours, etc ).
— I will not accept the cancellation if I'm almost done with the commission.
IV - Uses of the commission
— You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes without letting me know beforehand.
— Commissions for commercial purposes will cost a different fee. If you count using it for such, inform me about it in the form.
— You may not train Artificial Intelligence on the commissioned piece ; you may not turn it into a Non-Fungible Token.
— You are allowed to post the commissioned piece on other platforms as long as you credit me.
— I will not accept the cancellation if I'm almost done with the commission.
